Optional E-Link Pro™ touch-screen monitor tracks bale formation and allows in-cab control of cutter engagement and knife group selection. In addition, the baler’s ISOBUS design allows the use of any compatible tractor monitor for baler monitoring control.
MORE VERSATILE CUTTING
Two sets of XtraCut™ hydraulically operated knife banks can be controlled or disengaged from the tractor cab. Select zero, eight, nine or all 17 knives to attain forage cuts as small as 2.65 inches in length.
MORE VERSATILE PROCESSING
Mechanically conveying net from the net drive rollers to the bale at the beginning of the net tie process optimizes performance in all conditions. Front-mounted mesh system provides easy viewing. Easy Load System (ELS) uses a cradle to move the stored mesh roll into the operating position. Compatible with edge-to-edge or over-the-edge mesh wrap. Also has storage for two extra rolls of net (non-Protec).
MORE CONSISTANT BALE OUTPUT
The RB Series features five tine bars and teeth spaced just 2.5 inches apart, allowing for a far more complete capture of crop on the field. A crop press roller is positioned in front of the pickup to enhance crop feeding into the chamber. The tailgate floats down as the bale is being formed to optimize the feed angle off of the rotor as the bale gets larger. This in conjunction with the Constant Pressure System (CPS) ensures consistent bale shape and density.
OPTIMIZED OPERATOR PRODUCTIVITY
Optional RB 4160V Protec provides the ability for a single operator to process and fully package bales quickly and efficiently, resulting in the highest quality forage wet or dry. Wrapper table and ring operate independently, ensuring proper encapsulation of bales while film wrapping.
